LOUISE: More than 25 years in the promotions business with specific focus on special events marketing, promotion and production, ensures that Louise has the experience and right stuff to guarantee that every detail is perfectly planned and executed!  Even the ones you haven't thought of!  Louise is the resident Mom of the studio and yes - she even assigns homework to make sure she gets the information she needs from clients to get the quality/results she expects from our crew!

ERNIE: From ad agency owner/exec to creative wedding and photo wizard.  Ernie's vast experience and knowledge both creatively and technically bring an unsurpassed set of standards to the industry.  He expects no less from a wedding shoot as he ever did from a high fashion shoot!  His keen eye and expertise in the digital colour manipulation field is unsurpassed - no image leaves the building untouched!  Besides, he's also very entertaining and worth the trip to Vaughan!

ANGELA: Professional In-house Photographer; Director of Corporate/Special EventPhotography and On-Site Photo guru!  Angela brings 5 years of professional photographic skill and 5 years of Corporate & On-Site management to The Image Commission table.  With a proven track-record in corporate sales and event photographic services - Angela also enjoys shooting weddings but, only if the couple are "really in love"!

FLAVIA: As our small but mighty Production Manager, Flavia oversees the conversion; quality editing and processing of every image (sometimes as many as 4,000 per wedding!) - selecting only the best based on: composition, quality, lighting, facial expressions, scene progression, etc., to be presented as the proofs for review.  It's also Flavia's responsibility to maintain The Image Commission archives - guaranteeing safe storage of all your precious images!  She's a pretty darned good in-house photographer, too!

COREY: We just keep him in the dark and crank up the music!  Seriously, as our Manager of Video Editing, Corey is huddled over his screen (he loves his MAC tech toys!) with his headphones on and pours through hours and hours of raw footage - selecting just the right highlight scenes; choosing and integrating the perfect music selections and adding just enough special effects zing to make it all come alive!  He also does weddings!  (Specialty same-day edits, that is!)

NICKI: With over 10 years in the print production industry, managing everything from digital client archives to full scale print and marketing initiatives, our Director of Operations knows how to get things done!  She works behind the scenes to make sure our team has the tools to be able to work their magic at your event.

OUR COLOUR MANAGERS TO THE STARS Have worked on some very famous faces and now bring their limitless talents to The Image Commission to ensure your memories are pure perfection.  From simple colour correction to complete photo overhauls, they have done it all and will make sure your day looks as flawless as possible - even runny mascara is no match for them!

OUR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY CREWS:  Our teams of photo and video experts have been hand-selected to work professionally and harmoniously with our clients and each other!  We insist on a minimum of 5 years of professional experience each and at least 30 weddings per year under their belts - with real cameras, lenses and everything!

We hire the best - in limited quantity!  Once they're booked, we're sold out!

We don't just randomly assign your photographer and/or videographers!  Careful consideration is given to personality matching, cultural experience levels and your individual concerns/requirements.  That's also why we gently insist on an engagement session as a practice shoot - we want you to be totally comfortable AND we want your crew to know whether you're prone to blinking, hate to smile, etc., etc.  This also gives us the opportunity to review any little nuances in order to prepare a shooting agenda that works best for you!  Neither you nor your photo crew need unnecessary surprises on the big day!
